I never found out what Starter was paying Tony Romo to wear their hats backwards, but I always thought it was a bit odd to see a star talent like Romo, on ‘America’s Team’ ride with a brand that you could buy at Wal-Mart.
Not that there was anything wrong with such, of course, but in the world of Nike, Reebok, Adidas and so many more, it was just a little weird to see Romo not endorsing a big brand.
That changed today when Tony Romo signed with Under Armour, joining the ranks of fellow sports stars like Golden State Warriors stud Stephen Curry.

It’s not known as to what type of role Tony Romo will have with Under Armour. Will he be featured in commercials and advertising campaigns? Or will he simply rock their gear when the NFL allows? I’d assume they’d probably throw the Dallas Cowboys star in a few advertisement campaigns considering football isn’t exactly their forte in regards to promotion.
Either way, a nice addition to the growing and rather impressive Under Armour lineup.
