Oh, Bruce Irvin, what were you thinking? Actually, I’m guessing you weren’t thinking when you tweeted out that you were just arrested for a DUI but moments later laughed it off as an April Fools joke.
There aren’t very many people laughing and I’m guessing the Seattle Seahawks (nor the NFL) are either.
Irvin, who is known to make some waves with his mouth, apparently thought it would be funny to state that he was arrested for the DUI in the following series of tweets:
Before this hits the media I just wanna apologize to my fans and the @Seahawks organization once again. I made a terrible decision b driving

After I had a few drinks. I will do everything to get ur trust back and will become a better person after this.

A few minutes later, the Seattle Seahawks defensive star stated it was all a joke and suggested everybody have a good April Fools. Only problem? Nobody really thought the tweets were all that humorous and ripped the football player apart on social media.
Ok it was a joke didn’t meant to disrespect anybody. Damn relax

He’ll get a pass for this, but that was a pretty bonehead decision.
