Seahawks’ Doug Baldwin Yells At Reporters For Doubting Seattle

There’s no denying the success of the Seattle Seahawks after their second consecutive trip to the Super Bowl, though some of their players understandably make it difficult for outsiders to root for Russell Wilson and company.

Two such players are defensive back Richard Sherman (who famously lit into Michael Crabtree last season) and wide receiver Doug Baldwin, who despite not being a household name, tends to act as if he is a yearly Pro Bowl selection.

After the Seahawks defeated the Green Bay Packers in the NFC Championship, Baldwin made his way to the grouping of reporters and other media members near the Seattle locker room and proudly chastised them along with the “haters” for doubting them this season.

Perhaps he might want to express the same frustration with some fans, many of whom decided to leave CenturyLink Field in the fourth quarter when Baldwin’s Seahawks appeared dead in the water.

In one sense you can understand the frustration of Baldwin as the reigning Super Bowl champions deserve a bit more respect than they received early in the season when they were 6-4, but sometimes it’s better to let your actions do the talking.

Either way, there will likely be a lot of NFL fans rooting for the AFC Champions.
