So you’re Rob Gronkowski with nothing better to do while sitting in the New England Patriots locker room. What do you do? Get on Tinder, of course.
The Pats tight end admitted in an interview that he and a group of Patriots players (I’m guessing Tom Brady was left out of this one) decided to make some Tinder profiles and check out some hot ladies on the dating app.
Only problem? Nobody believed it was him.
Now the Pro Bowl tight end says he no longer uses the app, but there are plenty of fake accounts out there.
“I tried to do Tinder one time three years ago as a joke because we were bored in the locker room. I just kept swiping right and sending messages to people, and not one person believed it was me! Now there are fake accounts and everyone tweets at me, ‘I just got tinder matched with @RobGronkowski,’ and I’m like…no one believed it when it was really me! It was funny.”
Shame – he totally could have met Hilary Duff on Tinder.
That was just one of many amusing revelations by Rob Gronkowski who also talked about the time a guy tried to take his picture in the men’s room while he was attempting to take a piss.
