Peyton Manning Rumors: Planning Denver Broncos Return

There have been suggestions hinting the Denver Broncos wouldn’t mind if Peyton Manning decided to hang up his cleats and retire, though that always seemed a bit out there. It’s not as if many teams ever get the chance to have a Hall of Fame caliber quarterback on their roster, let alone push him out the door.

As for Peyton Manning himself, there are still lingering concerns about his annual upcoming physical though they’re mild and it’s expected he will be fully cleared to play next season. And that’s something he apparently plans to do according to the Denver Post.

According to three trustworthy sources, Manning wants to return to the Broncos, but won’t and can’t make a final decision until he takes an annual physical examination mandated by his contract.

This is exactly what Manning did last year and is expected to have his physical completed in early March, which ironically is around the same time the Denver Broncos have requested that Manning inform them of his plans for the upcoming season.

In short, it doesn’t appear as if we’ve seen the last of Peyton Manning thankfully as he’s expected to return to the gridiron assuming there’s nothing wrong with his upcoming physical.
