From a talent standpoint, Greg Hardy can be a beast. But this is the same guy who has previously dealt with legal trouble and an NFL suspension thanks to domestic violence issues. Given that, it’s a little strange that a team is ready to take a chance on the defensive lineman.
Still, the defensive star who is likely to see a six-game NFL ban is said to be in talks with the Dallas Cowboys who are trying to sign the lineman, this according to Mike Fisher.
Granted, it’s not Adam Schefter reporting, so the potential Dallas Cowboys addition needs to be taken with a grain of salt though Fisher does have some connects given he hosts Inside the Cowboys on 105.3 The Fan.

It’s easy to see why the Dallas Cowboys would like to bring in Greg Hardy because he makes their team better (at least on the field), though does Jerry Jones and company really want the backlash that will accompany the defensive end?
That’s a question that will likely be answered in the coming hours/days, but for now it does appear the two sides are discussing a possible contract.
