Michael Vick Changes Twitter Avatar To Atlanta Falcons Jersey

Michael Vick

We’re in the day and age where any oddity on social media sets off an alarm and that’s exactly what Michael Vick did on Saturday evening when he changed his Twitter avatar to a picture of him wearing his old Atlanta Falcons jersey.

Vick, who most previously played for the New York Jets is without a team and some suggested that Vick was playing around with fans, hinting he may or may not have returned to his former franchise. However, according to CBS Sports NFL Insider Jason La Canfora, Michael Vick is not close to signing with any football team at the moment.

Given that, it appears as if Michael Vick changing his Twitter avatar to a photo of him in an Atlanta Falcons jersey is nothing more.

For what it’s worth, Vick still has his New York Jets header on his Twitter page, so it’s pretty difficult to tell what he’s up to. Might there actually be a reunion in the works for the quarterback and the Atlanta Falcons that nobody knows about? You wouldn’t think so considering Michael Vick still wants to be a starter and that’s not going to happen with Matt Ryan under center.

Needless to say, it’s pretty odd.
