Bills’ LeSean McCoy Rips DeMarco Murray: He’s No Competition

LeSean McCoy

Both LeSean McCoy and DeMarco Murray had a change of scenery during the NFL offseason with Shady McCoy leaving the Philadelphia Eagles and joining the Buffalo Bills. while Murray left the Dallas Cowboys to sign with the Eagles in free agency.

Given the fact that Murray while now take over in the City of Brotherly Love for McCoy, there have been some comparisons between the two talented NFL running backs, but LeSean McCoy says they need to stop.

Why, you ask? Because Shady believes there’s no comparison between the two. LeSean McCoy even went as far as to say the former Dallas Cowboys running back isn’t even in his realm of competition.

“I think Murray’s good,” he said. “But I don’t see him as competition as far as the best backs. I like my game a lot.”

Nothing like a good backhanded compliment.

Murray of course lead the NFL in rushing last year, though did so behind a very good Dallas Cowboys offensive line. Will he have the same success with the Eagles? And how will LeSean McCoy play with the Bills? All questions we’ll get answers to in the next few months, though for now, it appears as if there is a brewing rivalry between the two football stars.
