If you were asked to describe Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant, it would probably be ‘talented’ and ‘prima donna’. That’s not exactly a slight to Dez Bryant, but just a case of reality.
The former Oklahoma State wideout is beyond gifted but a little too emotional.
Case in point, just days after signing his new contract, Dez Bryant and Dallas Cowboys teammate Tyler Patmon got into a fight on the practice field which lead to Dez Bryant throwing a punch.
In fairness to Dez, Patmon was getting a little too aggressive an in the Oxnard, California heat, we can’t really blame Bryant for losing his cool. Still, he has to know something as silly as a minor ‘fight’ with a Dallas Cowboys teammate is going to be a headline grabber.

For what it’s worth, both Dez Bryant and Tyler Patmon kissed and made up after the scuffle according to the Dallas Cowboys website.
“It’s two great competitors,” Bryant said. “We’re going back and forth. I was giving him a little bit of mouth, just talking a whole bunch of stuff to him. He was taking back to me, it just escalated over to the next play. At the end of the day, he wasn’t going to back down and I wasn’t going to back down. At the end of the day, you see us, we shook hands, we hugged and we respect one another.”
