Did the Denver Broncos attempt to trade Peyton Manning to the Houston Texans this offseason?
That’s the word from a handful of sources, this according to Ben Albright who reports the Broncos did indeed attempt to trade Peyton Manning to the Houston Texas this offseason.
It’s no secret that John Elway and company aren’t exactly huge fans of Peyton Manning and there have been previous NFL rumors suggesting the Broncos attempted to part ways with the Hall of Fame quarterback previously.

While the report might come as a shock on the surface, as previously stated, this isn’t the first time there have been rumblings about such with the Broncos and it appears they’re ready to move on from Peyton Manning.
For now though, it looks as if there will be at least one more season of the former Indianapolis Colts signal caller in the Mile High City.
Should be an interesting rest of the offseason though, assuming this report is indeed legit.
I tell you what though, Manning on offense and J.J. Watt on defense would have been something to see.
