Yes, Adrian Peterson is unhappy with his current Minnesota Vikings situation. No, he’s not planning to request a trade at this time, though a deal could be in the works down the road if the Vikings decide they want to move on from their longtime running back.
If a trade is to happen, it apparently won’t be with the Dallas Cowboys, despite losing DeMarco Murray to the Philadelphia Eagles in free agency (who traded LeSean McCoy).
The Cowboys (specifically Jerry Jones) have been linked to Adrian Peterson given his Texas ties and their need for a running back, but they appear ready to move forward in a different direction and will either pick up a running back in free agency or more likely will select one in the 2015 NFL Draft.
Either way, the Dallas Cowboys are not interested in Adrian Peterson.
The Dallas #Cowboys, as you might expect by now, do not plan to be bidders if Adrian Peterson hits the market. Not in the plans at all.

Of course, as we’ve seen with the Cowboys time and time again, that report should be taken with a grain of salt because things can quickly change.
So for now, the Dallas Cowboys aren’t interested in Adrian Peterson. But I wouldn’t be shocked if that opinion reverses course if the Vikings do place Adrian Peterson on the trade block.
