Buffalo Bills Sign Percy Harvin After LeSean McCoy Trade

Percy Harvin

It’s been quite the offseason for the Buffalo Bills, who’ve not only brought in Rex Ryan to be their head coach but have also traded for Pro Bowl running back LeSean McCoy.

Now it’s another offensive playmaker who’ll be joining McCoy and crew as the Buffalo Bills signed Percy Harvin, who ironically was recently cut by the New York Jets – Rex Ryan’s former team.

Perhaps Ryan’s familiarity with Harvin helped bring the two sides together on what is said to be a one-year contract.

That’s the word from Adam Schefter of ESPN who first reported the deal.

An extremely talented football player, there’s never been a question regarding the skills of Percy Harvin. However the wide receiver has struggled to maintain health and has never lived up to his early career hype.

That could change with the Buffalo Bills though as Harvin recently expressed a desire to become more of a traditional wide receiver as opposed to a ‘gadget’ star, which is how he was used with both the Seattle Seahawks and Minnesota Vikings previously.
