Sunday night was a rather impressive one for LeBron James. Not only did he put the Cavs on his back come Game 2 of the NBA Finals, he also gave us one of the best handshake moments of all-time.
He also happened to be in awe of Steph Curry – at least for a moment – as the Golden State Warriors star and NBA MVP unleashed a jaw-dropping behind-the-back pass.
With King James guarding Stephen Curry, the former Davidson talent passed the ball to a teammate as James couldn’t help but watch the scenario unfold in front of his face, almost looking shocked at what just happened.
For a moment, it looked as if LeBron James was in awe of Stephen Curry as he just seemingly hung his head and gave up on the play.
Of course, he isn’t alone in that sentiment considering Steph Curry is a magician with the basketball, but seeing a mildly confused James was pretty epic.
Granted, that was about as impressive as the night would get for the Warriors best player as he had one of the worst games of his career while LeBron went on to have a historic night. Regardless, for a moment, it was one NBA MVP impressing another former NBA MVP.
And that was pretty dang cool.
