Man, it’s getting to be where you can cut the tension between the Cleveland Cavaliers and Golden State Warriors with a knife.
For the most part, both basketball franchises were pretty quiet in regards to trash talk coming into the series. But now four games deep, the verbal assaults are coming hard and fast.
Most have come on behalf of the Warriors, this one actually in the physical form as Andre Iguodala mocked LeBron James.
Iggy was fouled on an attempt at the basket and immedeitely clutched his arm, just like LeBron James had done earlier. But then he can be seen laughing and joking with teammates seconds later.
This might not appear that Andre Iguodala mocked LeBron James initially, but if you recall, he had done the same thing against the Memphis Grizzlies and Houston Rockets earlier in the playoffs.
And as if that wasn’t enough, Andre Iguodala seemingly took yet another shot at LeBron James, this time after the game in the press conference when Iggy talked about how ‘difficult’ it is to prepare for a big game like the NBA Finals. You know, the same thing that ESPN discussed with James earlier in the day.
I’m not sure James is the bear you want to be poking here, but, Iggy seems to be having fun with it as does Andrew Bogut who claimed the former MVP fell into the cameraman on purpose.
