Warriors On Stopping LeBron James: It Can Be Done

LeBron James Stephen Curry Live Stream

We’re just hours away from the tip of Game 1 of the 2015 NBA Finals featuring Stephen Curry‘s Golden State Warriors and LeBron James‘ Cleveland Cavaliers.

On paper, it looks like a fantastic matchup. Two of the best basketball teams in the association with two of the best players in the league.

Many have been giving the initial nod to James’ Cavs though, partly because of their (read: his) playoff experience while Curry and company are playing in their first NBA Finals.

Golden State Warriors big man Marreese Speights isn’t hearing that noise though, suggesting that not only are the Golden State Warriors the best team in the NBA but stopping LeBron James and the Cavs can be done.

While it’s difficult to argue with Speights’ first suggestion, it’s been pretty difficult top stop LeBron James. Yes, it can be done but this is also a player who is playing in his fifth consecutive NBA Finals.

This is really the first ‘trash talking’ (if you want to call it that) done by any side and it’s relatively minimal, so I guess both sides will let their games do the chatting.
