The Chicago Bulls may or may not be willing to trade Taj Gibson, depending on who you ask. But the Taj Gibson trade rumors aren’t going to die down until the NBA’s annual deadline passes and multiple teams are said to be interested in the big man.
That includes the Toronto Raptors, Phoenix Suns, Portland Trail Blazers and Detroit Pistons. Of course, that’s likely just a handful of teams who would make an offer for the defensive-minded talent if he is indeed available for trade.

Gibson has been connected to much of the league the past few months, from Los Angeles to Toronto to Phoenix to Detroit to Portland.
If the Chicago Bulls were willing to trade Taj Gibson, the price would be extremely high, especially given the health concerns of Joakim Noah and age of Pau Gasol. Given that, it’s not known if any of the interested teams would even have the needed assets to get a deal done, though there’s certainly no harm in trying.
As to what the Chicago Bulls would be seeking in return, nobody really seems to have much of an indication though their high price tag combined with Gibson’s mildly sub par play this season could be problematic for a potential deal.
