We’ve already learned that you don’t leave Russell Westbrook hanging if he’s seeking a high five.
But apparently you can get left hanging by Westbrook, even if you’re Kevin Durant.
The injured reigning NBA MVP was sitting on the Oklahoma City Thunder bench on Thursday night when Russell Westbrook was coming to take a seat. That’s when Durant, along with another Thunder players reached out their hands to give Westbrook a high five.
Only problem? Kevin Durant was left hanging by Russell Westbrook.
Durant being left hanging by Westbrook was pretty funny by itself, but the fact Kevin continued to keep his hand there, just floating in the air well after Westbrook had passed and was all but sitting in his chair made it even more hilarious.
