When I was a few years old, I really didn’t want to talk to anybody let alone a crowd of 500,000 people. But that’s exactly what took place on Friday afternoon during the Golden State Warriors parade which featured Stephen Curry speaking to the Oakland crowd last.
With Curry in mid-speech, a rather drunk Draymond Green made his way to the podium where he sat Riley Curry on her father’s arm. A few moments later, Steph Curry gave Riley Curry the chance to speak to the crowd because she ‘wanted to say something’.
For a few moments she glanced out at the half million people in attendance at the Golden State Warriors parade and then uttered out something nobody could really understand.
A few moments later, her proud dad Stephen Curry suggested the youngster had some stage fright and the two made their way back to their seats, after Riley Curry played a little bit on an iPhone.
It wasn’t all bad for Riley Curry today though as a local Oakland theme park renamed themselves to ‘Rileyland’ for the day in honor of Steph Curry’s daughter.
