Just a few days after a Golden State Warriors fan was captured cussing at LeBron James, we’ve had the same thing happen again.
This time though, the cursing wasn’t directed at King James but rather his Cavs teammate, Matthew Dellavedova.
After Dellavedova and Warriors forward Draymond Green got tangled up, ABC returned from their NBA Finals commercial break and panned the camera over the crowd. Apparently the mic was a little hot and it captured a Warriors fan cussing at Matthew Dellavedova.
“F— YOU, DELLY” could be heard echoing through your TV and computer screen before the game action resumed.
While not the kindest of sentiments, it oddly was much more tame than what was directed at LeBron James when he was called a few not so choice words by the Warriors fan.
Granted, this thing (stupid and pointless as it is) happens all the time to professional athletes and it’s likely happened to Warriors players when they played against the Cavs in Cleveland as well. Still, there’s really no place for it.
At least this time, unlike the LeBron James situation, Matthew Dellavedova likely didn’t hear the Warriors fan cursing at him. Though, I’m not a fan of either team and Delly’s hard nosed play has me wanting to do the same just off of basic basketball instinct.
