NBA Finals: Kobe Bryant Calls Out Warriors, Praises Cavs

Kobe Bryant

Just a few hours after Kobe Bryant was dissed by Shaq, the Los Angeles Lakers star hopped on Twitter to give a little perspective on the NBA Finals.

Bryant, who took part in a live stream event, praised LeBron James‘ Cavs for their hard fought victory while taking a swipe at Stephen Curry‘s Golden State Warriors, suggesting they’re playing like they have little to play for.

I’m not sure I’d go that far, but when Kobe Bryant speaks, especially about basketball, people listen.

As for the Black Mamba, few players in NBA history have ever had a desire to win more than Kobe Bryant so it’s understandable as to why he’s calling out the Warriors for playing a little lackidasical while players on the Cavs like James and Matthew Dellavedova are diving and jumping for every loose ball, very similar to the way Kobe Bryant would play himself (when healthy).

Should be interesting to see if the comments inspire the Warriors and Stephen Curry, who looked untouchable in Game 1 of the NBA Finals. Now they look more than beatable with Game 4 on the horizon.
