Mark Cuban Rips ESPN’s Chris Broussard Over DeAndre Jordan

On Wednesday night, one of the wildest moments in NBA free agent history took place when the Los Angeles Clippers all but took DeAndre Jordan hostage and waited at his home until midnight where he could officially sign his contract with the basketball franchise.

This of course was in effort to prevent the Dallas Mavericks, whom Jordan had agreed to sign with a few weeks ago, from changing his mind.

That lead to a variety of odd reports, none more so than from ESPN’s Chris Broussard who suggested Mavs owner Mark Cuban was driving around Houston begging for DeAndre Jordan’s address.

Mark Cuban’s brother went off on the ESPN reporter initially and then the Dallas Mavericks owner himself decided to rip Chris Broussard:

While I might not agree with everything Mark Cuban says and/or does, I have to give him props here. Chris Broussard tends to pull a lot of his stories out of left field and vary rarely do they actually end up being truthful. That could simply be because his sources aren’t that good, but either way, Cuban wasn’t holding any punches here.
