LeBron James Handshake With Matthew Dellavedova Is Epic

LeBron James

There’s no doubt that LeBron James made an absurd amount of good plays on Sunday night during the Cleveland Cavaliers Game 2 victory over the Golden State Warriors in the NBA Finals. However his best play of the night might have been once the final buzzer sounded because this LeBron James handshake is nothing short of awesome.

James was giving his unique handshakes to all of his teammates with Matthew Dellavedova next in line. That’s when the LeBron James handshake turned literal and he simply extended his hand in the most formal of ways, causing quite the hilarious stir on social media.

So why the change in the LeBron James handshake? Well, simply put, it doesn’t look as if Matthew Dellavedova and King James have a unique handshake. So what do you do if you’re the Cavs star? Exactly what he did, although, it ended up looking rather strange and making the rookie look even more rookieish than normal.

I mean, this is the same guy who the Cavs ‘accidentally’ left at the arena before Game 1 of the NBA Finals….

In all seriousness though, there was no ill will here with the LeBron James handshake. He was simply caught in a bit of an awkward position and gave Delly some daps, because nobody on the Cavs roster deserved it more outside of James himself.
