You’d think LeBron James would know better by now considering he’s been in the NBA for a decade, but apparently the Cleveland Cavaliers forward still has a bit of learning to do when it comes to the media.
As you may recall, the Cavs star made some waves this past weekend when he posted the following on Twitter – many believing LeBron James called out Kevin Love.
Stop trying to find a way to FIT-OUT and just FIT-IN. Be apart of something special! Just my thoughts
— LeBron James (@KingJames) February 8, 2015
James went on to suggest that he wasn’t speaking about Love or anybody, but rather just in general. But after the Cavs next game, LeBron admitted that he was indeed speaking about Kevin Love.
Now King James says it was all a big misunderstanding and called out the media for making a non-story a big story.
I like u guys a lot(Media) but don’t try and make a story cause it looks good. If I have a problem with a teammate or anyone I’ll say to….

their face and not over social media. That’s corny and wack! So good try again my friends(Media), I still love you guys. — LeBron James (@KingJames) February 9, 2015
Seems as if LeBron James was caught with his hands in the cookie jar here. There’s of course nothing wrong with calling out a teammate, especially if they were playing poorly, much like Kevin Love was. But he’s going to need to admit his shot was leveled at Love, not suggest otherwise.
