Nobody knows if Jeremy Lin will be back with the Los Angeles Lakers next season, though wherever he plays, he’ll have a few extra bits of knowledge thanks to some mentoring from Steve Nash.
While Nash didn’t provide much for the Lakers on the court thanks to his nagging injuries, he is seemingly helping them – if Lin returns – by mentoring the still young point guard.

It’s a perfect pairing, at least for Jeremy Lin, as there aren’t many basketball players with more knowledge of the point guard position than Nash who should be able to help Lin out quite a bit.
As for Lin, he struggled during his initial season with the Lakers though did seem to slightly turn the corner in the final few weeks of the regular season once he was able to crawl out of Byronn Scott’s doghouse.
It’s unlikely he’ll command much money on the free agent market, so perhaps a reunion between the two sides is in order.
Either way, working with Steve Nash is obviously a good thing for Jeremy Lin.
