Ah, is there anything better in playoff basketball right now than the Cleveland Cavaliers – Chicago Bulls series? We knew coming in the two teams would give us one heck of a series and so far so good as Derrick Rose‘s Bulls now have a 2-1 series lead.
There was a question if they’d be able to pull it off though, especially after LeBron James seemingly turned the momentum the Cavs way with a posterizing dunk in the third quarter.
On the receiving end was Bulls center Joakim Noah, who is far from friendly with King James and has more than once had words with the former NBA MVP. He even called LeBron James a not so friendly word earlier in the year and was up to his old antics on Friday night.
After James flushed a nasty dunk on Noah (who in fairness was coming off weakside help), the two began to go back and forth verbally before Noah told LeBron James he was ‘still a bitch’.
Maybe so, but it was Joakim Noah and his Chicago Bulls who had the last laugh – at least on Friday night – thanks to victory which gave them the series lead.
Should be interesting to see how LeBron James and the Cavs react to such.
