When Houston Rockets star James Harden was out on the town the other night, he had the perfect opportunity to address the infamous Lil B curse. Instead, he played it off as if he had no idea who the rapper was.
As you’ll recall, Lil B placed his ‘curse’ on Kevin Durant for dissing his music a while back which lead to Durant and his Oklahoma City Thunder failing in the playoffs and the former NBA MVP missing time with injury.
Then it was Harden who felt the wrath, eventually having two of the worst performances of his career in the Western Conference finals against Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warrrios – even setting an NBA record for most turnovers in a playoff game.
So you’d think he’d at least admit to knowing who Lil B was, but he apparently won’t give in.
I don’t know – I have a feeling James Harden is going to wish he would have just apologized to Lil B. I mean seriously, the Based curse is becoming more terrifying than the Madden Curse.
For what it’s worth, Lil B also suggested he could curse LeBron James, but seemingly spared the Cavs star…..for now.
