As as basketball player, there are a few situations you don’t want to find yourself in.
One of which would be on the wrong side of a power dunk, though, generally people tend to forgive such – especially if you’re playing defense and attempting to block the shot. But when it comes to getting crossed over? Yeah, nobody is going to overlook that, especially when it happens during the NBA playoffs.
So Harrison Barnes doing the splits? Yeah, that’s going to be sticking around for quite some time, especially given the magnitude of the game.
If there’s a saving grace for Harrison Barnes doing the splits, it’s that he actually stepped on Andrew Bogut‘s shoe in the process. That said, Courtney Lee shook him pretty bad – plenty enough to get an open attempt – but Barnes wouldn’t have fallen down if he didn’t step on Bogut’s shoe.
Then again, if it was Stephen Curry, he probably would have floated over Bogut’s shoe, stole the ball, shot it from half court and knocked it down with ease because that’s what dude does.
I mean, they named Chicken Curry after him, right? Right?! RIGHT?!!? Don’t tell me ESPN has been lying to be all this time.
