It might not be April Fool’s day, but apparently Andre Iguodala doesn’t care because the Golden State Warriors forward decided to have a little fun with the World Champion’s fan base.

Earlier in the day, it was announced that Andre Iguodala would be coming off the bench again – a role many believed Iggy was fine with.

But when such was announced on social media, Andre Iguodala took to his Twitter and demanded a trade.

While some understandably knew that Iggy was joking, there were a significant amount of Golden State Warriors fans that didn’t get the joke and became rather distraught over the situation. Some even began to call out Andre Iguodala, who was simply having a little fun to break up the boredom of the NBA offseason.

So no worries, Warriors fans. When you’re friend is in panic mode asking if you saw that Andre Iguodala requested to be traded, just know it wasn’t true and was only a joke.
